the left receives rear-channel audio
signals wirelessly from a compatible 2006 model Samsung
home theater system’s main unit, sold separately.
Samsung's
SWA-3000 will work with these surround sound systems: the
Samsung HTTQ85,
Samsung HTQ80,
Samsung HTQ70, and
Samsung HTQ45
are
each available separately for less than $600 shipped.
All you have
to do is connect the two rear speakers from your Samsung home
theater system to the amp and you can
enjoy full surround sound. It operates at the 2.4GHz frequency, and will work at a range of 33 feet.
You'll still need to
plug in the wireless receiver amplifier into an AC outlet, and
your 2 rear speakers into the wireless receiver amplifier with
standard
speaker wire.
